A soft and aromatic Peruvian-style bread, shaped in an elongated loaf inspired by our signature Pan Caracol.
Lightly sweet, tender, and fragrant with anise, it is ideal for sandwiches, breakfast or afternoon tea. Slice it as thick or thin as you like, perfect on its own or gently warmed and filled.
Prepared with Sourdough Starter and slowly cold-fermented for at least 18 hours, allowing the dough to develop deeper flavour and a softer, more balanced crumb.
Enriched with Tangzhong, which helps retain moisture and softness for longer.
Baked fresh in small batches. No preservatives.
