Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all food items sold by Kancha Microbakery are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Our products are freshly baked and made to order. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup if:

You received the wrong item, or

The product arrived damaged due to handling during delivery.
To help us assess the issue, please include clear photos and your order number when contacting us at gre.go.spg@gmail.com.
If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Perishable goods (including all baked goods and food items)

Custom or made-to-order products

Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If an issue is approved, a replacement may be arranged where possible.
Shipping responsibility
For Australia-wide shipping, delivery is handled by Australia Post. Once an order has been dispatched, Kancha Microbakery is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
