Kancha Bakery operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. Kancha Bakery is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

All products sold by Kancha Bakery are handmade and produced in small batches. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, variations in appearance, colour, size, and texture may occur. Product images are for reference only and may not exactly represent the final product received.

Product availability may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any product.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received and processed. Kancha Bakery reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

Once an order has been accepted, cancellations or modifications may not be possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

 

4. Shipping, Delivery and Pickup

Delivery options and fees are displayed at checkout. Local delivery and pickup availability depend on location and scheduling.

Australia-wide shipping is provided via Australia Post Express. Shipping costs vary depending on box size, weight, and destination and are therefore confirmed after checkout. Orders will only be dispatched once shipping costs have been confirmed with the customer.

Pickup orders are available by appointment only once the order confirmation has been sent.

Kancha Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Due to the perishable nature of our products, food items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a quality issue or an incorrect item has been supplied.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kancha Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
