When can I place my order?
You can place your order at any time. During checkout, you’ll be able to select the available pickup or delivery date and time from the options shown.
When are breads delivered or ready for pickup?
Available delivery and pickup days and time ranges are shown at checkout. These options are updated weekly, so please choose one of the available slots when placing your order.
Do you ship outside Melbourne?
Yes, we ship selected products across Australia using Express Post. Shipping costs are calculated after checkout.
What is the minimum order?
For breads, the minimum is 5 pieces per type. For Caramanducas, the minimum is 5 pieces. Turrón can be ordered individually in 250 g, 400 g or 800g.
How should I store the bread?
Our breads are made without preservatives. Keep them sealed at room temperature for short storage, or freeze them if you plan to enjoy them later. For the best texture and flavour, reheating is recommended.
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes. Most breads contain wheat, egg and dairy. Some include sesame and anise. Please check each product page for specific allergen information.
