When can I place my order?
You can place your order at any time. During checkout, you'll be able to select the available pickup or delivery date and time from the options shown.
When does Kancha bake?
Bake days change week to week. Available pickup and delivery dates are updated regularly and shown at checkout, so you'll always see the current options when you order.
When are breads delivered or ready for pickup?
Available delivery and pickup days and time ranges are shown at checkout. These options are updated weekly, so please choose one of the available slots when placing your order.
Does Kancha deliver within Melbourne?
Yes, we deliver within approximately 35 km of Melbourne. A delivery fee of $10 applies at checkout, with a minimum order of $20. Depending on your address, delivery may be made in person or via Australia Post. The final cost will be confirmed before dispatch.
Does Kancha ship outside Melbourne?
Yes, we ship selected products across Australia via Australia Post Express. A shipping fee of $15 applies at checkout, and orders over $120 ship free. We dispatch on Mondays and Tuesdays only, to ensure delivery within 1 to 2 days. The final cost will be confirmed by email or SMS before anything is sent.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup has no minimum order. Available pickup days and time slots are shown at checkout and updated weekly.
What is the minimum order?
For breads, the minimum is 5 pieces per type. For Caramanducas, the minimum is 5 pieces. Turrón can be ordered individually in 250 g, 400 g or 800 g. Pickup orders have no minimum.
How should I store the bread?
Our breads are made without preservatives. Keep them sealed at room temperature for short storage, or freeze them if you plan to enjoy them later. For the best texture and flavour, reheating is recommended.
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes. Most breads contain wheat, egg and dairy. Some include sesame and anise. Please check each product page for specific allergen information.
