A soft, golden Peruvian sweet bread with a tender, compact crumb and a lightly sweet flavour. Rich and comforting, this larger caramanduca is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea, enjoyed on its own or gently warmed.
Made using a rich, enriched dough and Tangzhong, which helps retain moisture and softness for longer. Finished with a sesame topping and baked fresh in small batches.
