A traditional festive sweet bread shaped in a symbolic figurative form, widely prepared across the Andes and deeply rooted in Peruvian culture.
Soft, gently sweet, and aromatic, with warm notes of cinnamon, clove, vanilla and anise. Traditionally enjoyed with coffee or hot chocolate during moments of remembrance and family gatherings.
Prepared with Sourdough Starter and slowly fermented for at least 18 hours, allowing the dough to develop deeper flavour and a tender, well-balanced crumb.
Enriched with Tangzhong, which helps retain moisture and softness for longer.
Finished with coloured sprinkles and baked fresh in small batches. No preservatives.
