Pan de Yema

A soft and delicate Peruvian-style bread enriched with egg yolks, which give it its characteristic golden colour and tender crumb. Lightly sweet and rich, it is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea, enjoyed on its own or gently warmed.

Prepared with Sourdough Starter and slowly cold-fermented for at least 18 hours, allowing the dough to develop deeper flavour and a soft, well-balanced texture. Enriched with Tangzhong, which helps retain moisture and softness for longer.

Baked fresh in small batches. No preservatives.
